Exchange / Store Credit or Refund Policy

Our company offers  our customers the right for an exchange / store credit or refund for all our accessories 30 days from the date of purchase . Kayaks sales are final and if there is a problem with the product you will need to submit this via our Warranty / Terms & Conditions Page.

Terms for the above being approved are:

  • Product arrived damaged.
  • Product is not what is described on our site.
  • Proof of purchase
  • Product does not work for what you intended.
  • Wish to exchange for another product, upgrade size or change color.
  • Product has been registered on our site before the 30 days after purchase date expiry's.

Terms for the above not being approved are:

  • Normal wear and tear on the product.
  • Damaged caused by accident , neglect, misuse, or improper handling and storage.
  • Product sold as "prototypes", "demo's", or sold in "as is" condition.
  • Product determined to have been used outside of what it is to be used for.
  • Damaged caused by extreme weather conditions or environmental conditions.
  • Variations in color of products.

To submit your exchange / store credit or refund request please email us your original order confirmation email you got from us when placing your order on our website to sales@activewatersports.com.au

Once approval has been confirmed we would ask for the product to be returned to us, once received we will check the product and return funds to the account that was made to purchase the product originally .
